Ideal for multi-generational vacations, this spacious retreat is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything Surfside Beach has to offer. Located in Oceanside Village, a golf cart community, you'll enjoy resort-style amenities and a quick golf cart ride to the beach, complete with dedicated parking for village guests. A 4-person golf cart is included with the home. The space This is a 3 story home with approximately 2800 sq ft. The bottom floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, it's own kitchen & laundry with access to a back patio. The main floor has an open floor plan with a full kitchen and living room. The main floor has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a deluxe kitchen and dining area. The top floor has 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Kitchens are fully equipped including additional appliances such as air fryer, crock pot, waffle maker, Keurig coffee machine, and Ninja Slushi machine. A gas grille is also available. Beach chairs and beach games, and three bicycles are available for your use. We also have golf clubs available, two right handed sets (Ladies and kids) and two left handed (Men’s and kids). There are 3 swimming pools (2 outdoor and 1 indoor) tennis (pickleball) courts, bocce ball/horse shoes, basketball and playground in the community. A 4-person golf cart is included with stay. Additional golf carts can be rented through Ocean Side Village. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. For smaller groups, the upper and lower levels can also be rented separately, providing a flexible option to fit your needs. Other things to note The property is located in a gated community with a designated beach parking lot. This parking lot has restrooms and outdoor showers. If you plan to park in this area, you will have to purchase a keycard in order to access the area. You can take the golf cart or a car to the parking lot. The keycards are $30 and can be purchased at the office. If you turn in the keycard when you check out, you will be refunded $10

To comply with Oceanside Village requirements, **all overnight guests and vehicles must be registered at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival**. The Renter agrees to provide the following information to - pinkparteevilla@gmail.com - Full names of all guests staying overnight - Number of guests - Vehicle make, model, color, and license plate number for all vehicles - Indication of whether a key card is requested Failure to provide this information within the required timeframe may impact community access and registration. Day passes can be issued for visitors but only grant access to property and require advance notice. 4. Oceanside Village Rules and Regulations Renter acknowledges that Pink Par-tee Villa is located within the **Oceanside Village community** and agrees that all guests and visitors shall comply with all applicable **Oceanside Village HOA rules, regulations, policies, and community guidelines** during their stay. Any fines, penalties, damages, or charges resulting from violations by the Renter, members of the Renter's party, or guests shall be the responsibility of the Renter. 5. Golf Cart Usage The rental of Pink Par-tee Villa includes the use of the Owners' golf cart during the rental period. Renter agrees to the following: - The golf cart may be used within Oceanside Village and in the designated beach parking lot areas permitted by community rules. - Renter shall operate the golf cart safely and responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and community regulations. - Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, reckless operation, or unauthorized use shall be the responsibility of the Renter. - If the golf cart is operated outside of Oceanside Village, including on public roads or other locations where permitted by law, the Renter assumes all risks associated with such use. - Any citations, violations, towing expenses, maintenance issues, repairs, or liabilities arising from use of the golf cart outside the community shall be the sole responsibility of the Renter. 6. Community Access Key Card Rental of the property does not include the Oceanside Village key card. Guests may purchase a key card upon arrival for $30.00 with refund of $10 issued when key is returned to security upon departure. The key card provides: - Access to the beach parking area - Convenient access through various gated entrances throughout the community 7. Property Care Renter agrees to maintain the property in a clean and orderly condition and to promptly report any damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues to the Owners. Renter is responsible for any damage beyond ordinary wear and tear caused by the Renter or members of the Renter's party. 8.
